We are delighted to announce that we have achieved the Armed Forces Covenant Gold standard, the highest level of recognition available through the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme.
Achieving Gold status is a significant milestone and demonstrates our commitment to supporting members of the Armed Forces community, including serving personnel, Reservists, veterans, Cadet Force Adult Volunteers, and military spouses and partners.
The award recognises employers who go above and beyond in their support for defence. As an Armed Forces Covenant Gold Award holder, we proactively advocate for and champion the Armed Forces community through our policies, practices, and engagement activities, ensuring our commitment is visible to both our employees and the wider community.
We are proud to maintain a positive and inclusive approach to recruitment, recognising the valuable skills, experience, and dedication that service personnel and veterans bring to the workplace. We actively support Reservists in fulfilling their annual training and mobilisation commitments.
