We are delighted to share that we have recently been awarded Highly Commended Employer status from Preston’s College, for providing exemplary support to their young learners. For the past 3 years, we have been supporting Preston’s College alongside the Government in trialling and supporting the new ‘T-Level initiative’ by offering work experience placements, enabling students to complete this qualification and have gone on to convert two of the placements into long term apprenticeship opportunities within our organisation.

During the trial period Forsberg have led the way in the Engineering sector, over-coming work placement practices and barriers to ensure our students were provided with the best support and opportunities to learn new practical skills.”
