Last week we welcomed Danny Burt who joins Forsberg as Business Development Executive within the Product Development team.

Danny’s military background will add another dimension to the Product Development team, in leading and developing opportunities. He joined the British Army in 1998 serving for 24 years as a Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) Instructor/Evaluator and was the only qualified JTAC in the British military who was a qualified Weapons Instructor (QWI) on RAF Typhoon aircraft and has an MSc in Typhoon capability. His position in the Army ensured he was well travelled, serving in Kosovo, Bosnia, Iraq, Afghanistan and Syria related operations.

Danny’s extensive military experience and expertise extends into his personal interests, in his spare time he enjoys restoring WW2 vehicles and is the author of three published books focussed on military history with three more a work in progress.

Danny will be based in County Durham where he lives with his family, but plans regular visits to the Heysham office and will be in attendance of demos nationwide.

We’d like to offer Danny a very warm welcome to Forsberg and we’re excited for his future successes here with us.
