If the product cannot be repaired or you have purchased an electrical product from us that needs recycling we are registered with the WeeeCare Compliance Scheme and we fully conform with the European Union’s WEEE Directive. Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) is never to be placed with standard municipal waste and must always be treated at an Approved Authorised Treatment Facility (AATF). Any WEEE supplied to the market by Teleplan Forsberg UK can also be recycled by our head office in the United Kingdom.
Our compliance scheme registration number is WEE/GC26141VR and the cost of WEEE recycling as well as the annual reporting of WEEE is the responsibility of Teleplan Forsberg.
Under Teleplan Forsberg’s terms of reference, the customer (i.e.: end-user, reseller, or distributor of the product) is responsible for all costs incurred by the transport associated with the return flow of WEEE to Teleplan Forsberg UK. Goods should be shipped according to the terms set by Teleplan Forsberg in the contract or other terms of sale between Teleplan Forsberg and the customer.
The WEEE products are to be shipped to Teleplan Forsberg UK stating “WEEE Products” on the delivery note and packaging. Teleplan Forsberg will not provide any confirmation about receiving the returned WEEE.
